Checking out

If your tenancy comes to an end, and you’re ready to move out, then all we ask is that you return the property to us in the same state you received it in. We’ll then return your deposit to you, minus any deductions for damage or cleaning.

If you’re worried about deductions, then we can provide a professional checkout cleaning service, designed to help protect your deposit, whilst reducing the stress and hassle associated with bringing your property back up to standard.
